RFID Asset Tracking

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technology that allows the collection of large amounts of data using radio frequencies. RFID tags contain a small chip and antenna that are programmed with a unique number, no personal information.

RFID readers capture and compile the tag data and Radiant’s software matches the unique number to the information and then formats into an easy to use for view for all levels of an organization.

RFID tags are not like barcodes, which require line of sight and can only be read one at a time. Many RFID tags can be read at once without any taping or waving by a reader.
